“ In the art series Chromatophilia, coincidence, rhythm, line and colour lead the viewer to encounter their own inner landscape. Colour can poses a great deal of emotion and meaning. Its power lies in the ability to catalyst and evoke different emotions and personal memories related to the way we experience our selves in the surrounding world. Lipkin sees the notion of the subjective narrative, the social historicity and the gender-relatedness of colour as central themes in her work. “
